all right guys welcome there how are you okay new setup new mic so I'm home I'm
not outdoor right now as you can see yesterday I trained really hard I'm sore
my legs upper body I'm kinda sore now so this is the deal I'm going to go for

nice vid!, as a tip, for frog I use blocks under my knees because my knees are wider than my mat. I hope to see more of your yoga practices.
