I have had a burst of energy this week! I felt it was time to do a nice pilates workout with more movement, more cardio and more strengthening involved! It made my body feel so good and definitely helped to strengthen my aching hips! We finished off the session with a relaxed perineal stretch (pussy yoga) to prepare my body!
