if you need to unlock some new location, you can go and talk with Ted Bear and through him you will be able to unlock the museum,

because there is some new action to trigger with him. Now I just went to the park instead and I just met Zoe,

and as you can see there are a lot of actions, and maybe we could read something together, and of course I'm gonna also trigger the action.
